Help us raise funds to keep the Clown Doctors visiting sick children at Sunderland Royal!

As you may already know, we run our Clown Doctors Programme of specialist therapeutic play in three hospitals in the region: The Great North Children’s Hospital, Sunderland Royal and University Hospital of North Durham. Unfortunately, funding is running out for the service in Sunderland Royal and therefore we are eagerly trying to raise funds to keep it going!

Sunderland Royal Hospitals charity have kindly offered us some spaces at their abseil which is taking place on Sunday 29th July. Our brave supporters will be taking a leap of faith by abseiling down the side of the hospital to help us to keep our fantastic clown doctors improving emotional wellbeing and raising smiles in Sunderland.

Date: Sunday 29th July

Location: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Time: Each person will receive a specific time slot in advance of the day and will only need to be on site for around 2 hours to take part.

Price: Only £20 to take part!

So why not scale those dizzy heights and challenge yourself knowing that every penny you raise will be helping to make Sunderland Royal hospital a happier place for sick children.
