The Children’s Foundation would not be able to do all the fantastic work without the help of our supporters.
Justin, Chris, Hollie and the team at Carrot Media have been supporting The Children’s Foundation for many years. Not only do they participate in our fundraising events, including running the Great North Run and taking a team at our annual golf day, they also support us with gifts in kind and designed this wonderful website!
The team at Dransfield properties have pledged to raise £35,000 for the Great North Childrens Hospital. In order to achieve this goal staff at Sanderson Arcade have being organising and taking part in various fundraising activities including the GNR 2010 and sponsored cycle from Marseilles to Portofino. A big thank you to everyone taking part.
The Newcastle branch of Ryder Architecture have been supporting The Children’s Foundation since 2007. The company have sponsored the 2007 and 2008 St Patrick’s Party events with donations of £5,000 and have also raised over £1500 through staff fundraising activities. Ryder Architecture are also sponsoring the launch of The Children’s Foundation’s fundraising appeal for the Great North Children’s Foundation – The Great North Baton Challenge and started the Corporate Baton by fundraising for the appeal during October 2008. Ryder continue to support The Children’s Foundation through sponsorship, staff fundraising and attending our events.
The regional day nursery company have pledged to donate £1,000 a year to the charity for the next 10 years. In addition to their annual donations, nursery staff across the region, led by MD Mark McArdle, have been organising a variety of different fundraising activities which see staff, children and parents all getting involved.
Producers of Primula cheese have pledged to support The Children’s Foundation during 2009/10 and have been busy fundraising in many different ways, from sponosred weight loss programmes to running the Great South Run and abseiling off the Vermont Hotel in Newcastle. Employees have raised over £5,000 which is fantastic.
The Birtley based company have supported The Children’s Foundation for many years with annual donations and staff fundraising activities including the Parker Domnick Hunter annual walk lead by HR Manager David Binns.
Newcastle law firm Watson Burton have pledged to donate £500 a year to support The Children’s Foundation and have so far donated £1,000.
